Product performance and principle of bipolar thermostat

The KSD303 series thermostat is a bimetal contact temperature-sensing temperature relay with a fully enclosed shell. The metal sheet is bent according to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, so as to quickly trip and connect within the preset temperature range. The electrical appliance plays a role of safety protection, and its disconnection temperature and reset temperature can be made according to the needs of customers.

Bipolar Thermostat Product Precautions

⑴ When using the contact temperature-sensing installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance.

(2) Do not deform the cover surface during installation, so as not to affect the performance.

(3) In order to prevent leakage of electricity, the liquid should not penetrate into the inside of the temperature controller during use, so as not to affect the electrical reliability.

⑷ This product is a bipolar wiring method. When using it, follow the marked symbols and wire it correctly.

⑸ The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry and non-corrosive gas warehouse with relative humidity less than 90% and ambient temperature below 40°C.
